The accomplishments of Citizens Bank can certainly be attributed
to smart business strategy and organic growth, but we
also believe in something special: Our Credo. We often refer
to the trilogy of Customers, Colleagues and Community as the
“Three Cs”:
- Customers: Hug the customer. Smile. Say
thank you. Return phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Do whatever you can every day, in every way, to provide
world-class service. Consistently exceed customer expectations.
Always honor our commitment to customers. Give customers
a reason to say, “Wow, I love these people.”
In short, treat the customer the way you would love to be
treated all the time.
- Colleagues: We want our company to be
